We provide end user training on the Axis, Risk Management for SAP R/3 Software product and auditing SAP R/3 using Axis to end users. The training covers the SAP authorization concept, training on Axis, Risk Management Software for SAP R/3 and using Axis to audit SAP systems.

SAP Application security review

We assess user access restrictions and configuration of system parameters within the SAP system. Our review identifies potential areas of weakness such as the ability of users to perform key activities that are not authorised for their job role and the ability of users to perform inappropriate combinations of key activities. The review also identifies weaknesses in the system adminstration process, password controls, audit trails and other security issues.

Authorization reconfiguration

We assist organizations in reconfiguring authorization rights so that user access to transactions and information match the users’ job role and conform to the principle of segregation of duties. This exercise would involve the understanding of user roles, mapping of job roles to SAP transactions, identifying and configuring appropriate authorization object values to each role so that the role conforms to the company’s business rules, testing of roles and the transfer of the validated roles to production.

Internal Audit Training

We conduct training workshops to the internal audit team with a focus on SAP security and controls concepts, controls in key business processes implemented, auditing in the SAP environment and training on the Audit Information System (AIS) module.
