You can select the level of detail to be reported. Specific users or user groups can be excluded from being reported. Multiple SOD reports can be grouped together and run as a batch, the batch summary report generated gives a snapshot view of SOD violations for all the SOD reports run.

Axis functionality allows multiple transaction to multiple trnsaction SOD analysis. This makes more complete SOD violation reports and reduces the number of SOD violations definitions required.

The Segregation of Duties report provides information at several levels. A Summary report, Profile Summary and Authorization object value details sections are generated. A Parameter section is also generated providing details of the options and values used to generate the SOD report.

Axis provides you with the ability to document and report compensating controls that might exist for any SOD violation defintion.

SOD reports can be generated by User, Profile, or Role giving you the flexiblity to choose how you want SOD violations reported.

Axis provides the flexibility in letting you decide the level of detail you want reported and allows you to print in several different reporting formats. For example you can set the Profile Summary section either to print only the Simple Profile Names or you could set it to Print the Profile Summary in a tree structure showing the relationship of the Simple Profile in Composite Profiles.

Reports can be generated in several output formats including PDF, Word, HTML and Excel.

Axis allows you to store SAP authorization data from multiple organizations and/or clients simultaneously in the tool. Axis also allows you to upload data from SAP R/3 for a specific client at different periods of time without having to delete existing information. The multi-period functionality allows you to compare user, profile and authorization information between any two periods of time, enabling you to identify, understand and review material changes that have occurred between two periods.

Axis has a large number of other reports where you can generate reports by User, TCODE, Profile or Role. Axis provides reporting templates allowing you to generate ad-hoc queries to meet your specific requirements.
